Cancellation Policy 

You may cancel your order at any time before it ships for a full refund.
To request cancellation, please contact us at Supplies@gpm24-7.com with your order number.

If your order has already shipped, you may return unused, unopened filters within 30 days of delivery for a refund (excluding return shipping costs). Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.

Custom or made-to-order filters cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun, except in cases of damage or defect.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
